Hi, I'm Hanah. Founder of  Sterling Virtual Assistant Services & Mix 'N' Mingle networking. 

Before starting my VA business I worked as a patent secretary at a Legal 500 firm. As a CILEx qualified legal secretary and a Pitman Training qualified Executive PA, I am trained to pay attention to detail.


I also have a previous work history in sales, specifically in the motor trade as well as other industries.


Since starting my business, I have carried out various training including Mailchimp training and social media training. I have worked very closely with amazing copywriters and now support various different clients in different industries.



Hi there, I’m Louise. I’ve been a freelance virtual assistant for over 3 years’ experience now, providing support to many different sectors including property, medical and dental, as well as working with fellow VAs like Hanah.


I am well versed in all areas of administrative work with a particularly strong background in customer services. I provide help with tasks such as online research, content creation and editing, data entry, transcription, lead generation and so much more.


I pride myself on being organised, conscientious and personable yet professional. I enjoy working with different companies and entrepreneurs across many different businesses.


It’s a cliché, but no two days are ever the same. The energy and enthusiasm Hanah has for her clients is why it’s a joy to work alongside her and the Sterling VA Services team.

My name is Mary Gregory and I’m an exceptionally organised, reliable Virtual Assistant and PA, based in Suffolk. I provide professional virtual administrative and secretarial services.

I have over 30 years’ experience in Office Administration, starting at British Gas, moving to Essex Police and then on to Essex University working in the Research Library and at the BHPS Survey.  Before founding my own business, Office Assist, I worked for an Acoustic Consultancy for 12 years. 

I am pleased to be working alongside Hanah and her Team, offering support whenever it’s needed.

Away from the workplace, I am married, with two grown-up sons (and a Spaniel called Reggie!). Weekends are often spent visiting the East Anglian coastline such as Southwold, Aldeburgh, and Thorpeness.

Hi, I am Emma, a virtual assistant with over 20 years of experience working in hospitality, local government, and a global construction company. Quite a varied career path, hey!


My diverse skill set is the perfect foundation for being a successful VA. I get to combine all my favourite tasks to enhance your business!


Being proud of my work is so important to me and like my first boss said “Nothing should ever be, oh that will do” and what good advice that was, I cannot leave a job half done! My favourite thing about being a VA is being able to work with a range of clients and sharing the passion you have for your business.


Outside of the office, I love being in the countryside, bargain hunting, working on our house renovation and I love to shake up a cocktail, or maybe 2!
